Our Approach

One Integrated System.

While symptoms may seem separate, the systems producing them are not.

You may be dealing with fatigue, brain fog, low libido, digestive problems, poor recovery, excess weight, or an ongoing condition. Or maybe you feel alright but know there is another level of health available to you.

Whatever it is, you’re here for a reason: you know your life would improve if your health improved. And you’re not wrong. Your health is the basis for everything you do in life. When it’s poor, it can affect you in ways you may not expect—your relationships, family, work, purpose, and passions are all downstream of how you feel.

Because of that, you’ve probably tried different solutions: doctors, diets, supplements, protocols, or maybe simply learning how to survive and push through.

But you’re still looking because you still don’t feel or function the way you want—and you don’t understand what’s getting in the way.

The problem usually isn’t a lack of effort or information. It’s a lack of clarity: what applies to you, what deserves attention first, and how the different pieces fit together.

Modern medicine is incredibly valuable. It excels at diagnosing disease, responding to emergencies, treating acute problems, and more. But it falls short in one key way: persistent symptoms and chronic conditions are often treated in isolation.

Fatigue is one problem. Digestive trouble is another. Brain fog is treated as unrelated to either. Low libido is considered normal for your age. Excess weight is reduced to a calorie problem.

When you look at the body through this lens, everything gets its own solution—often in the form of medication:

High blood pressure → blood-pressure medication

High cholesterol → cholesterol-lowering medication

Bedroom trouble → hormone therapy or a blood-flow medication

Autoimmunity → immunosuppressive medication

You get the point.

You can end up accumulating a long list of labels and interventions without answering the most important question: why is your body struggling to function normally?

Our bodies are extremely intelligent, efficient systems that constantly respond to everything happening inside and around them. But those responses don’t occur in isolation.

Your nervous system affects your gut. Your gut affects what you absorb. What you absorb influences the raw materials available for energy production, repair, and hormone function. Your thyroid helps regulate metabolism. Sleep and stress affect digestion, immunity, recovery, and how energy is used.

Pull on one thread and you may feel the effects somewhere else.

That is why fatigue, brain fog, low libido, digestive problems, poor recovery, and difficulty managing weight are not completely separate issues. They’re different signs that your body is struggling to function as it should.

Your body’s systems may perform different jobs, but they all share one basic requirement: energy.

Your body uses energy to maintain tissue, send signals, support immunity, produce hormones, power movement, think, digest, and recover.

Much of this usable energy is produced inside your cells through a process called cellular respiration. Using fuel from food, oxygen, vitamins, and minerals, your cells produce ATP—the energy they use to perform their work.

But this process does not happen independently from the rest of the body. Digestion affects what reaches your cells. Thyroid and hormonal activity influence metabolism. Nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, and your environment all affect the conditions in which energy is produced and used.

That’s why cellular energy sits at the bedrock of our approach. Supporting it means supporting the interconnected systems that make it possible.

An interconnected system requires an interconnected approach.

The next step is turning that understanding into a plan built around you.

Meet the Founder

I’m Jacob, the founder of Vitalis.

My search for answers began after a back injury changed the way I felt and functioned. As my health declined, I tried what seemed like everything—different diets, supplements, detoxes, fasts, and protocols.

Eventually, I realized I was applying random solutions to a system I didn't understand. If I wanted to feel better, I needed to learn how my body worked. That search led me to become a certified health coach and study physiology, metabolism, cellular energy production, nutrition, hormones, and the immune system.

That journey became the foundation for Vitalis and how I work with clients today.

Bring More to Life.

Vitalis isn’t about improving your health for the sake of being “healthy.” It’s about building a body capable of bringing more to life.

It’s difficult to bring your best to life when you feel overwhelmed, distracted, drained, or bogged down by poor health. Ongoing symptoms have a way of stealing your energy, focus, and ability to be there for the things that matter.

That’s why Vitalis exists: to help you overcome health challenges, improve how you feel and function, and develop the skills needed to remain in control of your health—so you can bring more to your purpose, your family, your relationships, your work, and your passions.

If you’re ready to improve your health so you can bring more to life, book a strategy call. We’ll talk through your situation, what you want to change, and whether Vitalis is the right fit.
